Getting a Six Pack

A recent study shows that women find the "six pack" or abs to be the most attractive on a man. And for men, a lean and tone body, including the belly is a huge factor in attraction.

Most people would think that the best way to get tone and fit is of course working out and dieting. What many people overlook is the other side of nutrition. By which I mean that it's not just important to eat less, and excercise regularly its also important to eat the right things, and stay away from certain foods. I hate to call it "secrets" but it almost is. Truth is, if it was common knowledge we wouldn't have to address it as a secret, but unfortunately it is - because majority of businesses out there and larger corporations exist by making their customers fat and keeping them unhealthy. It's no suprise than that foods that are healthy and unhealthy are kept hidden from the public.

There is so much gray area surrounding "health" products. Almost everywhere you look today you'll find a sticker saying that the food is "organic" therefore automatically "healthy". FDA approved products that do not work for weight loss, but in some cases even cause weight problems. Modern food is a almost like a drug that keeps us coming back for me like any other type of addiction. So when you look at yourself in the mirror and wonder what happened to you, you have to understand that it's not your fault.

You are human, and you have your own DNA like everyone else that makes us unique and different from each other. By doing the same thing as someone else, we wont necessarily get the same result because we are all different. However, our bodies respond very much the same to the chemicals that they consume. And a lot of those chemicals are poisonous and fattening to us. The first place that is hit with fat on a human body is their gut or belly. So going to the gym, exercising and dieting doesn't work if you go back to the foods that keep you fat in the first place, and prevent you from showing your muscle under the fat.

Due to the media and pictures we see everywhere we are tempted and almost taunted everyday to hate our bodies and do something about it. We all see the six packs and all those lean and tone actors and actresses. The models in the stores, and billboards. We want to look like that and we just dont know how to do it. Some of us don't have time to exercise, or the will power. Maybe you've tried many products and they all just failed and cost you a fortune.

It's important to understand that it's simply not your fault and you can get lean, tone and get your abs showing. Summer is right around the corner and I know you want to be able to take your shirt off at the beach and impress people. There are a lot of programs out there that will help you get the abs of your dreams.
