Ingredients

  • cup / 80 g reduced-fat (2%) plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp. reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 1 scoop Café Latte Shakeology
  • ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 small apple, sliced

Instructions

  • Add yogurt, almond milk, cream cheese, Shakeology, and cinnamon to a food processor; cover. Process on high for 1 to 2 minutes, or until super-smooth.
  • Serve immediately with apple slices for dipping.
