Chocolate Fudge Brownies

Ingredients
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter (organic grass-fed, if possible)
- ¼ cup / 40 g semisweet (or dark) chocolate chips
- 3 large eggs
- ½ cup / 120 ml unsweetened almond milk
- ¼ cup / 60 g reduced-fat (2%) plain Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. pure coconut sugar
- 1 Tbsp. pure vanilla extract
- 3 scoops Chocolate Shakeology
- ¼ cup / 20 g unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ tsp. baking powder
- ¼ tsp. sea salt (or Himalayan salt)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325° F (165 °C). Lightly coat an 8 x 8-inch (20 x 20-cm) baking dish with spray. Set aside.

Add butter and chocolate chips to a medium mixing bowl; microwave for 30 seconds. Stir; microwave for 30 seconds more, or until just melted. Do not overcook; let cool slightly.

Add eggs, almond milk, yogurt, sugar, and extract; mix well.

Add Shakeology, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt to a separate mixing bowl; stir to combine. Add dry mixture to wet mixture; mix until just combined. Pour into prepared dish.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until set in the center. Remove from oven. Let cool completely.

When cool, cut into 12 equal pieces.
