Ingredients

  • 1 cup / 240 ml water
  • 1 cup / 170 g ice
  • 1 scoop Strawberry Shakeology 
  • ½ cup / 100 g fresh (or frozen) mango, cubed 
  • cup / 80 g reduced-fat (2%) plain Greek yogurt 
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds 

Instructions

  • Place water, ice, Shakeology, mango, yogurt, and chia seeds in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
