Triple Berry Fro-Yo Bark
This gorgeous Fro-Yo Bark is bursting with three different kinds of berry flavors.

Ingredients
- Parchment paper
- ¾ cup / 180 g reduced-fat (2%) plain Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop Strawberry Shakeology
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- ½ cup / 70 g fresh (or frozen) blackberries, chopped
- ½ cup / 75 g fresh (or frozen) blueberries
- 3 unsalted sliced almonds
- Plastic wrap
Instructions

Line a 9 x 13-inch (23 x 33-cm) baking dish with parchment paper. Set aside.

Add yogurt, Shakeology, and extract to a medium mixing bowl; stir until combined.

Spread yogurt mixture evenly on parchment paper to desired thickness. Sprinkle evenly with blackberries, blueberries, and almonds.

Cover tightly with plastic wrap. Freeze for 2 hours, or until firm.

Cut (or break) into bite-sized pieces. Serve immediately, or freeze in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
