Recently, Dr. Andrew Huberman posted a video touching upon some of the most popular longevity supplements on the market. Huberman starts by talking about the popular supplement Resveratrol, which is derived from grape seeds. While marketed as possibly able to help extend lifespan, Huberman states that the research doesn't quite back that claim up. Huberman says he takes Resveratrol not for anti-aging effects but because of its benefits on vascular function and blood flow.
Huberman then continues on to talk about NMN and NR supplements. His daily NR consumption is 500 mg in pill form and 1-2g of NMN sublingual powder. While he does say that there is some research out there that supports the idea that these NAD-increasing supplements may provide some anti-aging effects, he takes them for the increased mental and physical energy they provide to him (he makes sure to clarify that these are his personal anecdotal experiences and not from a peer-reviewed study).
Huberman goes on to discuss a couple of other supplements that are starting to be used as longevity aids. For more depth into those subjects, you can watch the full video below.
