Fruit punched-flavored Energize provides extra focus, energy, and endurance during exercise while two scoops of Collagen “can help support the connective tissue around your wrists, ankles, and other joints,” Elise says.

LAVA Flow Energize Cooler
Ingredients
- 1 cup / 240 ml unsweetened water
- 1 cup / 170 g ice
- 1 scoop Beachbody Performance Energize
- 2 scoops BODi Bioactive Collagen Peptides
- ½ cup / 70 g frozen cherries
