- Injury can also be a possibility during use.

- Allow about 30-90 minutes per training session and about 10-15 of warming up.
- Perform strength training exercises a couple of times a week.
- Use enough weights to perform 2-4 sets of 8-12 reps when doing any type of resistance exercises.
- Between each sets rest for about 30-90 seconds at a time.
- Be sure to workout every muscle group when exercising.
- Workout the larger muscles first then the smaller muscles.
