Real Ab Circle Pro - How Effective Is It?



I honestly cannot believe how popular the Ab Circle Pro has been. It seems like you can't turn on the television without seeing another commercial about this exercise machine. So what has made it so popular, and is it really as effective as people are saying? A lot of this depends on where you are coming from. If you are already ripped and have bulging muscles and a tiny little waist, then this machine has very little to offer you.
I know those are the type of people that they put in the commercials, but let's be real. This was made for the average Joe or Jane who just wants to loose the spare tire and some of those "love-handles".

Is this machine more effective than doing crunches?

This question gets asked all the time, and the answer is really yes and no. No it is not as effective as crunches if you only want to target a very limited part of your abdominal muscles. But yes, the Ab Circle Pro is more effective you are looking for an all around work out that not only targets your abs and obliques but also give you a strong cardio and aerobic work out.
And that really is the key to the effectiveness of this machine. You will see in the commercials how much the people are swinging from side to side. The gryo resistance is key in sculpting muscles and stretching them as much as possible. I was amazed at how fast my heart rate picked up too. I have not seen any other work out machine that has so much of a range in working out your entire abdominal core. It might look easy, but a few minutes on the Ab Circle will show you why this machine is so popular.
