Some people like to have plain warm water in morning, but some don’t like to have simple plain water in morning, so if you are one of them then you can squeeze a lime in water and take it.

Take Fresh Fruits
Having regular fruits keeps you healthy and energetic. If you do not have much time then you can have fruits while moving too, whether you are going for a walk or you are on your way to office or home, you can take one or two fruits and have them. If you leave your home in the morning and come back in the evening, you can take few along with you and eat them all through the day.
