When you are focusing on your arms you also have to makesure that you do not forget about the form that you should be keeping while youare walking. You have to make sure thatyour arms are tight to your body while you are walking.
As you are keeping your arms tight to your body you alsohave to make sure that you are keeping your stride long. You want to keep your body low and you wantto make sure that your stride is longer than your usual step.
While you are taking the time to focus on all of this withthe weights in your arms you may find that the walk is harder than it wasbefore. Then when you finally take theweights off your walk is going to be much easier.
