Piloxing: A Fun Way to Workout


If you love hybrid words, you'll love "Piloxing." And no, it doesn't involve punching your cat, whilst doing the dreaded Pilates Hundred... thankfully!
It's a fun combination of Pilates and Boxing, created by Swedish celebrity trainer, Viveca Jensen. This is Jensen's way of physically and mentally empowering people through fitness.
Piloxing is mainly designated for woman (sorry guys!), and it provides an interesting blend of speed, agility, sculpting and flexibility.
The exercise also incorporates the use of one-pound weighted gloves, which add some intensity to your workout by toning arms, and boosting cardiovascular health.
